Faster Building and Smarter Sharing with Our Latest Features

What’s New?

🦃 Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃 We’re excited to introduce new features that enhance the journey creation process and improve the homeowner experience. These updates aim to make building and sharing journeys faster and more effective.

New Features:

  • Step Template Previews: Journey creators can now preview step templates before selecting them. Instead of relying on names to guess the content, builders can see a visual representation of the blocks on each template. This improvement helps builders work more efficiently and ensures they choose the right templates for their needs.
  • Share Journey Function: This new feature generates a hosted journey link that pre-fills homeowner or prospect information we already have. This eliminates redundant data entry, speeding up the homeowner’s journey experience. It also allows portal admins to view the exact journey a homeowner completed, making it easier to review and verify data, such as estimated costs on report pages. Find it by selecting the prospect you want to view or share and then clicking the share tab at the top.

  • Bulk Share Link Creation: New bulk action for creating share links allows you to quickly generate links for re-engagement. These links will pre-fill any information already stored about a prospect, saving time and improving lead engagement.
  • Enhanced DQ Step Configuration: We’ve redesigned the disqualification (DQ) step configuration, making it easier to set up disqualification and path conditions within your journeys.
  • Popular Section in Block Selector: A new “Popular” section in the block selector helps you quickly find the blocks most commonly used, making the journey-building process faster.
  • Improved Exit Experience on Last Step: Exiting a journey on the last step no longer triggers a confirmation message, clearing up any confusion about additional steps.
  • Customizable Placeholder Text in Numerical Input Blocks: You can now customize the placeholder text in numerical input blocks to better prompt end users on what information to enter.

Bug Fixes:

  • Facebook Pixel ID Configuration: Fixed an issue where the Facebook Pixel ID would disappear during configuration.

Gain Powerful Insights with New Journey Analytics Tools

What’s New?

We’ve rolled out some powerful new tools to help you better understand your journey’s performance and optimize it for success. This release focuses on giving you deeper insights and making building your journeys even faster.

New Features:

  • Journey Analytics Tab: Get a detailed look at how your journeys are performing with the new analytics tab. This tab includes an overview section where you can filter results by time (e.g., last X days or a specific date range). You can also see step-by-step metrics that highlight user drop-off rates between steps. These insights will help you identify which steps are working well and where improvements can be made.
  • Step Creation with Templates: Building steps is now faster and easier with our premade templates. Instead of starting from scratch, you can choose a template, modify it to suit your needs, or use it as a learning tool for more advanced step styling in the builder. This will help you save time and improve efficiency when creating new journeys.

Take Control of Your Pricing and Engagement

What’s New?

We’ve made some exciting updates that will help you deliver more customized journeys and collect information more efficiently. This release focuses on enhancing your ability to present dynamic pricing, improve question flexibility, and streamline user data collection.

New Features:

  • Enhanced Product Blocks with Math Functionality: Now, you can perform precise and complex calculations directly within product blocks, incorporating multiple variables and constants. You have the flexibility to display the result as a single value, a range, or omit it entirely—giving you complete control over how product pricing is presented.

For Example: You can include adders for steep roofs, and multistory homes into your pricing. You could also include gates and fence height into your product pricing. We know there are often many factors that influence a price estimate, these improvements aim to reflect that.

  • Zip Code Capture Block: Introducing a new block designed to capture only a zip code instead of a full address. This allows you to ask softer, less personal questions earlier in the journey, helping build momentum and trust with homeowners.
  • Multi-Select Answer Options: You can now offer homeowners the option to select multiple answers in a journey. This new feature allows for more flexibility in collecting preferences and better understanding customer needs.
  • Improved Prospect Sorting: Sorting your prospects just got easier. You can now filter prospects who have entered their contact information, making it simpler to prioritize leads.

Improvements:

  • Faster Access to Hosted Journeys: After publishing a journey, the hosted link is now immediately visible, making it quicker and easier to review your changes live.
  • Smarter Path Conditionals: Path conditionals are now more intuitive, helping you anticipate and build conditional logic faster with less effort.

Bug Fixes:

We’ve fixed a number of bugs and made small design improvements across the platform. In particular, we’ve resolved issues with journey header images being cut off and improved the stability of session management to prevent users from being logged out unexpectedly.
