BIG UPDATE: Hero app 1.0.0 is now available!📱⚡

👋 We’re excited to announce the latest update to Hero, Demand IQ’s solar canvassing app designed to be the ultimate sidekick for solar sales reps. Hero’s new features will help better integrate your outside sales operation with your existing workflows. Here’s what to expect from our latest update:

1. CRM Two-Way Communication

Hero now supports two-way communication with external systems, making it easy to push leads and other information to CRMs, software, or messaging platforms like Slack.

2. Updated Dispositions, System Events & Disposition-Based Pins

Updated disposition coloring, naming, and order make it easier to organize and manage your leads so that you can quickly identify key information.

3. Activity Feed Updates

The activity feed header now shows the total number of prospects in the system. Also, you can now filter the activity feed by color-coded dispositions to easily manage leads and track activity. 

4. Map Updates

View a home’s disposition at a glance with updated map pins that use icons to represent dispositions. The lead profile preview card has also been redesigned with a notes preview and an updated action bar.

5. Lead Profile Update

The default profile view has been refined, and an action bar has been added to the footer of the lead profile. We have also added sections for notes. The “Edit address” and “Edit contact details” buttons have been moved to the overflow menu.

6. Notes

You can now keep better tabs on your leads by adding a note to their profile. And yes, notes accompany lead data when it's sent to your CRM.

7. Solar Report Update

You can now tap to zoom into the maps on the solar report. We’ve also added a shade legend to the Google Sunroof image, making it easier for you to explain to homeowners how the Google Sunroof shade analysis works.

8. Settings Update

Settings navigation now includes the Meetings URL option as a top-level menu item.

Hey! Hi there. ¡Hola! Howdy, partner. Now you can customize the text presented to homeowners on the Stella start page to make a first impression that fits your audience.

 🙌 Customize the title of the "Thank You" page.

Leave a lasting impression by taking control of the messaging displayed on the final Stella "Thank You" page to communicate important details and leverage your brand identity to increase sit rate.

🔍 Easily find new product updates! 

The latest and greatest product updates can now be viewed in the Stella Portal by clicking “What’s new?” in the upper-right corner.

🕑 View the status of user invites in the Stella Portal.

After you invite a new user, the status of the user will display “Pending” until they accept the invitation.
